Service Area · Tierra Verde, FL
An island of deep-water homes and serious boats at the mouth of the Gulf. We keep Tierra Verde vessels clean and running right — in the water, at your private dock, with proof on every dive.
Diving Tierra Verde water
Tierra Verde is a canal-and-island community south of St. Pete Beach, next to Fort De Soto Park, with Gulf access through Pass-a-Grille and the channels nearby. The deep-water homes here keep larger vessels on private docks, and the pass-fed water carries the salinity and current of the open Gulf.
Pass-adjacent water means strong, clean salinity — and aggressive barnacle growth through the warm season, especially on running gear and around waterline boot stripes. Bigger boats and bigger running gear make a missed cadence expensive; staying ahead of it protects both the paint and the props.
However your boat is kept in Tierra Verde, the service is the same: we come to the dock, clean and inspect in the water, and send you before-and-after photo or video plus a short condition note — so you always know exactly what's happening below your waterline.
